AU - Forbes - Race 6

MICRO MIKKI (2) is back after a 14-week spell. Last appeared when successful over 6 ½f at Narromine against open class sprinters. Not a noted first-up performer but off the brief break there may be enough residual fitness to get her through. CAPITAL MAC (8) ran a much better race last start off a 37-day let-up, closing well to be beaten 3.5 lengths over 5f at Dubbo. Has raced over today's trip twice for two wins. Should be at his peak now. ATMOSPHERIC ROCK (7) has savaged the line to fill minor placings at his last two outings, both on the Canberra Acton circuit. In the mix if he can bring that form to the turf. ZOUTASTIC (4) comes into this third-up after two modest efforts in far stronger races. Usually peaks at this stage of the prep so watch for a spike in form. Veteran KING GUTHO (1) has his share of weight but can never be written off in races like this.
