Verdict

DAWN ON ME (1) bolted in two runs back in a Class 3 over 5f at the Sapphire Coast. Earned a crack at a Highway after that performance and wasn't disgraced at Rosehill over today's trip, finishing fourth. Finds a lovely race and is very well in after the claim. The speedy KEVIN (2) just failed in his bid to lead all the way first-up over this distance in Dubbo in what has turned out to be a strong form race. Dropped back to 4 ¾f at Cowra last time and they couldn't catch him. Up in grade but will run another bold race. BEDDA MIA (10) comes here fresh from an eight-week let-up. Got a long way back and could only manage third behind Dawn On Me at the Sapphire Coast at the last appearance. Should give a good account from the inside draw. BOLO MISS (7) had been in the top three at 11 of 12 runs before failing in a Rosehill Highway recently. Cannot be sacked after one bad run. WANDAYE (8) might surprise off a six-week let-up.
