Good race but its hard to go past BLAMEITONTHEBOOGIE (5) scored last start by a nose at this track over 5 ¾f. Unbeaten here from three tries and has never missed the frame in an eight start career. Plummets in the weights and will go close again. THOROS OF MYR (4) built on a nice third two starts back at this track with a win as favourite here last time. Another who drops sharply in the weights and is a speedy type who will take running down. CHEROKEE DANCER (3) was a narrow winner by half a length at Launceston two back just missed here last time. Significant weight drop and looks one of the prime contenders. TSUNAMI SAM (1) is back after a break of six months. Now under the care of new trainer Tegan Keys. Recent trial winner and does go well fresh. Can make his presence felt. ALPINE WOLF (2) loves the course and distance and goes well fresh.
