Verdict

ROYALTOWN (10) got the job done on debut and showed it was no fluke last start before the spell, missing by 1.7L. JVO hops on board now for his return effort and the inside draw is ideal. This trip fresh suits and he can pick up from where he left off last campaign. FAMOSO (1) was solid in the Federal on resumption after a nice trial coming in, but he ended up 2.8L off the winner. Back in grade here is a good move and with a softer draw and more ground today, he can turn in a much better effort. LONDON BOY (8) is hard to knock on his recent efforts and can't be discounted. PLATINUM RIDGE (5) can't be left out of calculations.
