Penza remains in the irons and he has enough speed to roll across from the wide draw. Can sit handy today and get back to winning ways. GIRLS WEEKEND (4) missed by 0.7L two back here on the Turf before under by 2.1L during the Wagga Carnival 21 days ago. Up in trip now doesn't look an issue and with her early speed, she'll be tough to reel in. LIGHTNING SPEED (2) comes through the same race where she too was disappointing at Wagga last time out, dropping back to an unsuitable trip. Back out to 6 ?f here is a bonus and Owen's booking is a good push for her chances. Can make her presence felt from the inside alley. SPIRITS BURN DEEP (3) is next best back in trip.
