While the results look good, the expected goals (xG) data -- per FBRef's model -- doesn't look as favorable for the Dutch. Through two matches, they've conceded 2.7 xG while scoring just 1.9 xG. They were particularly fortunate in the draw with France as they lost the xG battle 1.4-0.5 in that one.

Austria lost to France 1-0 in its opener but bounced back with a key 2-1 win over Poland in their most recent game.

MasseyRatings see things almost exactly the same, projecting the Dutch to win 43% of the time and handing Austria a 29% chance to win.
