Arizona Cardinals Release DeAndre Hopkins

The Arizona Cardinals have released star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Hopkins suited up for 35 career games with the Cardinals, including 19 over the past two seasons with no more than 10 games in either season.

He totaled 2,696 yards and 17 receiving touchdowns with the team with per-17-game pace outputs of 106.7 targets, 73.7 catches, 898.7 yards, and 5.7 touchdowns.

According to the Super Bowl odds at FanDuel Sportsbook, Arizona is tied with the Houston Texans for the longest odds of any team to win this year's title at +18000.

Their win total is set at a lowly 4.5 with -115 odds on the over.

It's looking like a long season for the Cardinals upcoming.

But Hopkins, who did average 7.1 catches per game a year ago, could move some markets depending on where he lands.
