College Basketball Prop Bets

(10) Colorado vs. (2) Marquette, 12:10 p.m. ET

Tyler Kolek Over 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-125)

The first game on Sunday will pit two efficient teams against each other with the Colorado Buffaloes scheduled to take on the Marquette Golden Eagles. In the First Round versus the fast-paced Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, guard Tyler Kolek (15.1 PPG, 7.8 APG) returned from injury and proved how instrumental he is to Marquette's success in the tourney.

Kolek produced 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 11 assists in an 18-point victory in the Round of 64 despite not playing since February 28. The senior guard will be needed again when the Golden Eagles go up against the Buffaloes on Sunday.

Aside from flying past 27-plus points, rebounds, and assists against Western Kentucky, Kolek has hit this number in 16 of his 29 outings this season. With Kolek dishing out double-digit assists in 7 of his last 13 games, we just need him to score and be active on the glass to hit the over.

(8) Utah State vs. (1) Purdue, 2:40 p.m. ET

Braden Smith Over 5.5 Rebounds (+122)

Everyone knows that Zach Edey (24.6 PPG, 12.0 RPG) is going to wreak havoc in the paint and dominate the glass for the Purdue Boilermakers. While Edey is the focal point of Purdue's lineup, Braden Smith (12.5 PPG, 5.8 RPG, 7.4 APG) is going to need to step up if the Boilermakers want to avoid another early exit in the NCAA Tournament.

Smith may be needed in the rebounding department a little more than usual on Sunday with the Utah State Aggies having a center that can shoot threes and keep Edey out of the paint more often than other teams. Utah State's center -- Isaac Johnson (6.8 PPG) -- is a 7-foot big man that attempts 2.1 three-pointers per game and makes them at a solid 35.2% rate.

Meanwhile, Smith records the second-most rebounds per game (5.8) on Purdue, and he has logged six-plus rebounds in 19 of his 34 contests this season. Seeing that Smith has grabbed six-plus boards in 12 of his last 17 outings, there is decent value at +122 odds for him to tally six-plus rebounds on Sunday.

(12) Grand Canyon vs. (4) Alabama, 7:10 p.m. ET

Tyon Grant-Foster Over 19.5 Points (-115)

One of the upsets that transpired in the Round of 64 was the Grand Canyon Antelopes taking down the Saint Mary's Gaels by the score of 75-66. The Antelopes feature one of the best scorers in the country, Tyon Grant-Foster (19.9 PPG, 6.0 RPG) -- who led the team with 22 points in the win over the Gaels.

Grant-Foster has been playing at an extremely high level recently, and he'll benefit from playing in a pace-up game against the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Crimson Tide play at the 13th-fastest adjusted tempo (72.5), and they are also 121st in adjusted defensive efficiency (102.1).

On top of that, Alabama just surrendered 96 points to the Charleston Cougars in the First Round and have been involved in a game with 180-plus points scored in four consecutive contests. Given the fact that Grant-Foster has registered 20-plus points in six of his last eight games, he's poised for another high-scoring output against a mediocre Alabama defense.

(13) Yale vs. (5) San Diego State, 8:45 p.m. ET

Jaedon LeDee Over 28.5 Points + Rebounds (-122)

After being part of the San Diego Aztecs team that advanced to the National Championship a season ago, Jaedon LeDee (21.4 PPG, 8.4 RPG) has taken his game to another level this season. The senior forward has been nearly unstoppable recently, totaling 29-plus points and rebounds in seven of his last nine contests.

LeDee has recorded 25-plus points in three of his last four games, which was aided by him shooting 10-plus free throws in those three matchups. Look for LeDee to remain aggressive on the offensive end of the court -- and on the glass -- when the Aztecs face the Yale Bulldogs on Sunday.

Despite upsetting the Auburn Tigers in the First Round, the Bulldogs are 130th in effective field-goal percentage allowed (49.7%), and they allowed the Tigers to shoot a solid 22 free-throw attempts. Considering LeDee is shooting an efficient 57.3% from two-point range, he could be in store for another ultra-productive outing in the Second Round.
