Wyoming Bowl Game History

Wyoming has made sporadic bowl appearances in the college football postseason throughout its history. The Cowboys have played in 18 bowls all-time.

The Cowboys made their first bowl appearance in 1951 as part of the Skyline Conference. They defeated Washington & Lee 20-7 at the Gator Bowl that year.

Wyoming won each of its last three bowl appearances prior to 2022. The Cowboys' win streak was then snapped by Ohio in the Arizona Bowl, losing 30-27.
