Like their USA men's counterpart, the women's Olympic basketball team is a huge favorite to capture their seventh straight gold medal. Team USA will look to extend their 49-game winning streak at the Olympics when play begins July 25 in Tokyo.

According to current women's Olympic basketball odds at FanDuel Sportsbook, USA is -750 to win Olympic gold.

A mix of young stars and WNBA legends with international experience makes USA the prohibitive favorite to capture Olympic gold. Should they succeed, Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi will become the first players to win five Olympic gold medals in the sport.

Team USA is in Group B with France, Japan and Nigeria. Group C includes second favorite Australia, Belgium, China and Puerto Rico. Group A has Canada, Serbia, Spain and South Korea. Qualifying teams advance to the knockout stage, and the gold medal game is Saturday, Aug. 7.
