Will Fuller has been expected to be a game-time decision for tonight's Week 12 "Thursday Night Football" matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, and things are looking even more promising now that reports have surfaced that he is expected to play.

Fuller hasn't played since suffering a hamstring injury that forced him out after playing just three snaps in Week 7, and even with a return, he's far from a guarantee to be 100 percent tonight.

That being said, he was off to a terrific start to the season before getting hurt, averaging 5.5 receptions, 74.0 yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game through the first six weeks, ranking 24th among wideouts with 15.9 PPR fantasy points per game.

Even if he doesn't play a full complement of snaps tonight, his return is enough to destroy the little bit of fantasy value that WRs Kenny Stills and Keke Coutee had offered while Fuller was on the shelf, especially against a Colts defense that has held opposing wideouts to below-average fantasy production.

Even amidst the injury concerns, Fuller is high-upside fantasy play on Thursday night. He checks in at WR33 in our Week 12 PPR fantasy football rankings, though as we've seen before, his ceiling is much, much higher than that.
