Despite having the Week 10 bye to rest up, Will Fuller will miss his third straight game today as he recovers from a hamstring injury. His absence will open the door yet again for Kenny Stills to emerge as the Houston Texans' deep threat, as the team embarks on a tough road matchup against the red-hot Baltimore Ravens.

Despite fairly good matchups against the Oakland Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars, Stills was mostly ineffective in the Texans' last two games without Fuller, catching seven passes (on nine targets) for 74 yards. He will now draw a loaded Ravens' secondary, which has given up the 16th fewest fantasy points to wide receivers.

While the matchup is tough on paper for Stills, who will be lined up with either Marcus Peters on the outside or Marlon Humphrey in the slot, it will only take one or two big plays for him to be a viable fantasy play this week. His best chance may be against Peters outside the numbers, who has played great since joining the Ravens, but is known for giving up big plays. The Ravens have given up seven passing plays of 40+ yards this season, which is tied for seventh in the NFL.

In what will surely be an exciting matchup between two MVP hopefuls in Lamar Jackson and Deshaun Watson, Stills is a boom or bust option in Week 11, with heightened usage thanks to the absence of Fuller.
