Week 7 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets
By Max Staley

The Buffalo Bills will look to rebound from back-to-back losses as they travel to take on the New York Jets in Week 7. It's shaping up to be a get-right spot for the Bills, as they're listed as 12-point road favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
If you need some help with your lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 7 showdown between the Bills and Jets.
Who Should I Start Fantasy Football
Start Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen is coming off his two worst games of the season, but this is as good of a matchup as it gets. He hung 28.2 fantasy points on this defense in Week 1 and had put up at least 25.0 in each of his first four starts before averaging 15.7 per game in this mini slump. That shows Allen has a really high floor, and a matchup with the league's second-worst passing defense by Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics gives him a massive ceiling. Don't fret, Allen is still an every-week starter.
Start Jamison Crowder, WR, New York Jets: Jamison Crowder has pretty much been the lone bright spot in this offense. He's averaging 7.3 catches for 95.8 receiving yards per game. He's coming off his worst game of the year in Week 6, but he still managed 11.8 PPR points in that one. He becomes a much better option if Sam Darnold suits up, but he's still a fine play if Joe Flacco is at the helm once again. The only real drawback with Crowder this week is a groin injury, though most signs point to him playing.
Sit John Brown, WR, Buffalo Bills: John Brown would normally be a solid start in a matchup this soft, but he didn't look right last week. He was clearly hobbled by a groin injury on Monday night and the team admitted he wasn't 100%. That still appears to be bothering him, as Brown missed practice on Thursday. Brown is normally a boom-or-bust player even when he's playing at full strength, recording two games with 18.0-plus PPR points and three below 9.0 in 2020. You don't want to be relying on a potentially hobbled Brown in a game that has Buffalo as a sizable 12-point favorite.
Sit Any New York Jet Not Named Jamison Crowder: Aside from Crowder, New York's pass-catchers have pretty much all been non-factors. He's the only player on the team with more than 141 receiving yards this season. As for the run game, the Bills' run defense isn't the scary matchup it used to be, but trying to get cute by playing Frank Gore or La’Mical Perine is not a winning strategy. Neither back has recorded 65 rushing yards in a single game this season.
