The Washington Football Team will look to get back over the .500 mark when they host the New Orleans Saints in Week 5. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Saints slated as 2.5-point road favorites in a game that is full of big name fantasy football players.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 5 NFC showdown.

Jameis Winston Fantasy

Start Jameis Winston, QB, New Orleans Saints: Quarterback Jameis Winston has had an up-and-down start to the 2021 season. The veteran signal-caller draws a perfect matchup in Week 5, though. Washington has been torched by the passing attack all season and is giving up the fourth-most yards through the air per game (299.0). This defense is also allowing the most fantasy points to opposing QBs through four weeks of action. This is the best opportunity Winston will have to bounce back with a big performance. He is a viable streaming option this week for fantasy managers in need of a starting quarterback.

Curtis Samuel Fantasy

Start Curtis Samuel, WR, Washington Football Team: The Washington debut for wide receiver Curtis Samuel saw him haul in all 4 of his targets for 19 yards. While it was nothing special, the output proved that quarterback Taylor Heinicke is going to target Samuel in the slot position moving forward. Samuel should be able to shine in Week 5 facing a Saints' defense that that is giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs. With a spread set at just 2.5 points, Samuel should see targets throughout the entirety of the game. Expect the 25-year-old to pick apart a defense allowing 12.9 yards per reception to wideouts this season.

Juwan Johnson Fantasy

Sit Juwan Johnson, TE, New Orleans Saints: Tight end Juwan Johnson has been a bright spot on an otherwise underwhelming Saints' offense. He has scored 3 touchdowns across four games played, but presents very little upside in fantasy football. Johnson has seen just 10 targets all season and appeared in only 22% of the offensive snaps. His size does give the team a mismatch in the end zone. However, that also makes him the definition of a boom-or-bust player in fantasy football. Washington has failed to stop opposing TEs all year, but the risk that comes with starting Johnson is not worth it in Week 5.

Washington Football Team D/ST Fantasy

Sit Washington Football Team D/ST: Talk about a tale of two seasons. The Washington Football Team D/ST finished No. 6 in fantasy scoring during the 2020 season, but has looked awful so far in 2021. They rank No. 30 in fantasy scoring and haven't posted a takeaway since Week 1. Kick returner Deandre Carter's touchdown in Week 4 was the only thing that kept this squad from finishing with negative points for the second consecutive game. Washington is allowing 30.5 points per game, which is the third-highest mark in the NFL. This D/ST unit is droppable at this point in the season.
