The Indianapolis Colts will attempt to win their first game of the season when they go on the road to take on the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Titans slated as 5.5-point home favorites, which means the Colts will have to pull off an upset to avoid starting 0-3.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this AFC South Week 3 clash.

Michael Pittman Jr. Fantasy

Start Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts: Wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. proved what he can do with a larger workload when he hauled in 8 of 12 targets for 123 yards in Week 2. He heads into Week 3 facing a Titans' defense that has been torched by the passing attack all year. In fact, Tennessee has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing WRs and posted the seventh-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL. No matter who starts at quarterback for the Colts, Pittman should be the go-to target moving forward. The second-year pro has high-end WR3 upside written all over him.

Julio Jones Fantasy

Start Julio Jones, WR, Tennessee Titans: It didn't take long for first-year Titan Julio Jones to make an impact on offense. The veteran wideout was a menace in Week 2 racking up a whopping 128 yards on 6 receptions. Jones also had a touchdown called back after a very controversial replay review. He has looked like the player fantasy managers drafted him to be and now gets to face a Colts' defense that has posted subpar numbers in 2021. Indianapolis has given up 13.8 yards per completion through two weeks of action, which is the second-highest mark in the NFL. Jones is a must-start player this week.

Nyhem Hines Fantasy

Sit Nyheim Hines, RB, Indianapolis Colts: Running back Nyheim Hines is coming off a career-best 2020 season, but simply isn't seeing the workload necessary to be started in fantasy football. The veteran ball-carrier has seen 17 touches through two weeks and racked up104 yards. More importantly, he only played in 37% of the offensive snaps in Week 2. Hines' upside comes from his role in the passing game, but the Titans have given up just 6 receptions to running backs all season (T-No. 4 in NFL). All of this adds up to Hines staying on the bench this week.

Ryan Tannehill Fantasy

Sit Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans: Don't get it twisted, this is a great matchup for quarterback Ryan Tannehill. However, he isn't living up the hype in fantasy football. Tannehill has thrown just 1 touchdown through the first two weeks and currently ranks at No. 26 amongst fantasy QBs. He has a ton of weapons to work with and should be balling out in his third year in Tennessee. Tannehill is averaging just 7.5 yards per attempt and owns a completion percentage of 64.0%, though. Better times are ahead for Tannehill, but fantasy managers cannot afford to risk putting up a low number at the QB position.
