The Los Angeles Chargers go on the road to take on a divisional rival in the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Chiefs slated as 6.5-point home favorites in a game that is sure to have fantasy football implications as well.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this AFC West Week 3 showdown.

Austin Ekeler Fantasy

Start Austin Ekeler, RB, Los Angeles Chargers: The Chargers will need a heavy dose of Austin Ekeler if they want any chance of keeping up with the Chiefs' powerful offense. Ekeler has shown that he can make an impact in every facet of the game as he has racked up 111 rushing yards to go along with 9 receptions on the season. The 26-year-old draws a great matchup in Week 3 facing a Kansas City defense that has given up the third-most fantasy points to opposing RBs so far this season. Ekeler has a shot to post RB1 numbers this week and is a must-start player.

Tyreek Hill Fantasy

Start Tyreek Hill, WR, Kansas City Chiefs: Of course, no fantasy manager was thinking about sitting Tyreek Hill this week. He did underperform in Week 2, though. Hill posted just 14 yards on 3 receptions despite playing in 98% of the offensive snaps. In reality, his performance said a lot more about the Baltimore Ravens defense than it did himself. Hill is a perfect target in daily fantasy in a bounce-back spot against a Chargers team that ranks in the bottom half of the NFL in pass defense DVOA. Look for the speedster to see a lot more targets this week after seeing just 4 in Week 2, and that should lead to a big increase in production.

Jared Cook Fantasy

Sit Jared Cook, TE, Kansas City Chiefs: Jared Cook has been a bit of a surprise at the tight end position so far, but he still ranks just No. 17 in fantasy scoring. Cook has hauled in 8 of his 13 targets, but has yet to reach the end zone. Scoring touchdowns is what separates the top tight ends from the rest of the pack. The Chiefs are a favorable matchup, but Cook is firmly behind both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen in the receiving pecking order, while it wouldn't be surprising if he was out-targeted by Ekeler moving forward as well. It would be best to keep Cook on the bench this week.

Demarcus Robinson Fantasy

Sit Demarcus Robinson, WR, Kansas City Chiefs: Wide receiver Demarcus Robinson could be a popular waiver wire pickup this week after hauling in 3 passes for 46 yards and 1 touchdown in the Chiefs' Week 2 loss. However, he is not worth starting in fantasy football this week. Robinson was actually out-targeted by Mecole Hardman in Week 2 and seems to be the No. 3 WR on this team. It's also not often Tyreek Hill will be held to 4 targets, leaving enough crumbs for Hardman and Robinson to both eat. Keep in mind that the Chargers have given up the fewest fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. Outside of Hill, it would be smart to avoid any of the Kansas City wideouts in Week 3.
