Week 16 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Houston Texans vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Saturday NFL Game

Now that we're into the fantasy football championship week, every single lineup decision you make is absolutely crucial. And since we're done with bye weeks for the year, there are also a huge number of plays to consider at every position. Some matchups carry more weight than others for fantasy production, and this one is no exception.
With that in mind, here is some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Saturday's matchup between the Houston Texans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Start Breshad Perriman, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Regardless of what happens with Chris Godwin's health this week, Breshad Perriman is a great play. He turned six targets into 113 yards and three touchdowns in his first game without Mike Evans in Week 15, giving him an average 21.4 PPR points per game over the last three. We can't expect that ridiculous production to continue, but with Evans (and potentially Godwin) out this week he should still have little trouble putting up big numbers against a Houston D that checks in at 26th in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA rankings.
Start Will Fuller, WR, Houston Texans: Kenny Stills overshadowed Will Fuller last week, but Fuller still saw seven targets while playing 94 percent of the snaps, indicating he's back up to speed. His last full game before that saw him play 90 percent and notch 11 targets, and when he's healthy he still brings massive upside. That's especially true against the generous Buccaneers' defense, which has allowed the NFL's most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Sit Ronald Jones and Peyton Barber, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: This backfield continues to be difficult to predict on a weekly basis. Neither Ronald Jones nor Peyton Barber has played over 50 percent of the snaps in any of the last six games, and Jones has averaged 5.5 PPR points per game with Barber averaging 10.6, despite seeing less volume in that time. This is a committee that you want to stay away from entirely.
Sit Carlos Hyde, RB, Houston Texans: Tampa Bay's pass defense hasn't been great, but their run defense has been tremendous, checking in as the league's highest graded unit against the run, per Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings. Carlos Hyde's fantasy value comes almost entirely on the ground, averaging 16.0 carries with just 0.6 receptions per game, and taking on the Bucs cuts both his floor and ceiling drastically.
