Week 16 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks
By Max Staley

Now that we're into the fantasy football championship week, every single lineup decision you make is absolutely crucial. And since we're done with bye weeks for the year, there are also a huge number of plays to consider at every position. Some matchups carry more weight than others for fantasy production, and this one is no exception.
With that in mind, here is some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Sunday's matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.

Start Kenyan Drake, RB, Arizona Cardinals: Kenyan Drake likely got a lot of his fantasy owners into the championship round, posting 39.6 PPR points in Week 15. While it's unreasonable to expect a repeat performance, Drake's fantasy outlook is trending upward. He's clearly become the lead back in Arizona, playing at least 66 percent of the snaps in four consecutive weeks. Facing a Seahawks' defense that ranks No. 22 against the run, per Football Outsiders' DVOA metric, Drake should be able to turn that opportunity into production again here. He checks in at RB8 in our Week 16 PPR rankings.
Start DK Metcalf, WR, Seattle Seahawks: DK Metcalf has been a bit inconsistent, but he should benefit from this solid matchup. The Cardinals are the league's fifth-worst defense against the pass by DVOA, and Arizona surrenders the eighth-most PPR points per game to opposing wideouts. Metcalf has recorded at least 75 receiving yards or a touchdown in three straight weeks, and he should benefit from Tyler Lockett drawing the attention of top Cardinals DB Patrick Peterson. The entire Seahawks' passing game gets a boost here.

Sit Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals: Kyler Murray has been a solid fantasy producer, but he's been really struggling recently. He's been held below 17 points in three consecutive games, and only had 16.3 when he faced Seattle in Week 4. Seattle's defense has been pretty effective against the pass, checking in at No. 12 in Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings, and there's little to suggest Murray will turn it around here. He doesn't crack the top 12 at QB in our Week 16 rankings.
Sit Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Arizona Cardinals: For the most part, this is a nice matchup for the Seahawks' skill-position players, but outside of Drake, it's not a great spot for the Cardinals. As mentioned above, Seattle's defense has been solid against the pass, and Larry Fitzgerald isn't seeing enough volume to be worth a start. Since Week 7, Fitzgerald is averaging 8.1 PPR points per game, which would rank 70th among WRs for the full season. Given his recent lack of production, Fitzgerald isn't a recommended option in Week 16.
