The Cincinnati Bengals (3-10-1) will travel to face the similarly struggling Houston Texans (4-10) in Week 16 NFL action. Houston is favored by a touchdown, at -7, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 16 Bengals-Texans showdown.

Tee Higgins Fantasy

Start Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals: While the Bengals' QB situation is a mess, rookie Tee Higgins' production has remained consistent. From Weeks 12-14, with Brandon Allen at starter, Higgins outpaced No. 1 wideout Tyler Boyd in targets (7.0 vs. 6.3), receptions (5.0 vs. 3.0) and yards (49.7 vs. 43.3) per game. Boyd was forced to leave their Week 15 game early with a concussion, and his status is still up in the air heading into Sunday. Allen is also on track to return in Week 16 after missing the previous game. If you're going to start a Bengals WR in the fantasy football championship, Higgins is the one to look to, given his recent upward trend and rapport with Allen.

David Johnson Fantasy

Start David Johnson, RB, Houston Texans: David Johnson is coming off of one of his best games of the year in Week 15, posting season highs in targets (11), receptions (11) and receiving yards (106), while adding 27 yards on 8 carries. The receiving explosion from Johnson was thanks to RB2 Duke Johnson missing the game due to a neck injury, and Houston's change-of-pace back is questionable for Week 16, which puts the healthy Johnson in position for another big day on the receiving side. Johnson should have a golden chance to replicate the 24.3 PPR fantasy points he posted last week, making him a great starting choice in Week 16.

A.J. Green Fantasy

Sit A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati Bengals: While fellow Bengals wideout Higgins has remained a constant producer despite the team's unstable QB situation, A.J. Green has failed to do the same. He has three games with 2 receptions or fewer in the past four weeks. In Week 14 he did turn 7 targets into 6 receptions, 62 yards and 1 touchdown, but this just reinforces his inconsistency. Don't be fooled and lean on Green in your fantasy football championship lineup.

Duke Johnson Fantasy

Sit Duke Johnson, RB, Houston Texans: Duke Johnson's involvement has been on a downward trend in recent weeks, which isn't an encouraging sign for an RB who's No. 2 on the depth chart. Johnson hasn't played in more than 53% of his team's offensive snaps in his past two games, then missed Week 15 (allowing David Johnson to have an outburst), and is questionable for Week 16. Don't rely on him at this critical stage in the fantasy football season.
