The fantasy football playoffs are here, and that means there's no room for error if you're still playing. Hitting or missing on a single player can be the difference between a championship berth or elimination and the end of your season.

With those high stakes in mind, these five players are owned in 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues or less and are worth targeting on the waiver wire heading into Week 15.

1. Breshad Perriman, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0% Owned)

Mike Evans got banged up in Week 14 with a hamstring injury, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers having nothing to play for down the stretch, that could spell the end of his season. Breshad Perriman stepped in and played over 80 percent of the Bucs' snaps, turning five targets into 16 PPR fantasy points against the Colts, and his matchups get even better down the stretch. He brings that expanded volume into a Week 15 matchup with the Detroit Lions, followed by a Week 16 matchup against the Houston Texans. Both teams have allowed top-14 PPR fantasy production to opposing wideouts in 2019.

2. Patrick Laird, RB, Miami Dolphins (20% Owned)

Patrick Laird has indeed stepped up as the Miami Dolphins' new workhorse with Kalen Ballage on IR. After seeing 10 carries and five targets on a 59 percent snap share in Week 13, his workload jumped to 15 carries and five targets on an 82 percent snap share in Week 14. With the potential for 20-plus opportunities, he'll be a must-start in each of the next two weeks, taking on the New York Giants and the Cincinnati Bengals, both of whom entered Week 14 ranking in the bottom six in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA rankings.

3. Diontae Johnson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (12% Owned)

Even with JuJu Smith-Schuster eyeing a Week 15 return, Diontae Johnson is worth a look. He's seen more targets than James Washington in each of the last two games, including eight in Week 14 — accounting for over 40 percent of the team's total and doubling up on Washington's four. JuJu hasn't exactly been a target hog this season either, averaging 6.1 per game, and that should still leave room for Johnson to get a significant amount of looks.

4. Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans (47% Owned)

Since taking over as a starter in Week 7, Ryan Tannehill has averaged 22.0 fantasy points per game in seven contests. That average would rank third among all QBs (behind only Lamar Jackson and Deshaun Watson) on the season, and it's hard to ignore him at this point. His production shouldn't slow down much in Week 15 against the Texans, who have allowed 21.0 fantasy points per game (sixth most in the NFL) to opposing QBs.

5. Chris Conley, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars (20% Owned)

Chris Conley has already played at least 70 percent of the Jacksonville Jaguars' snaps in every game this season, and since Week 7 he's averaged 6.6 targets per game. DJ Chark got banged up in Week 14, and Conley's role could expand even further moving forward. He's also another player who gets a pair of great matchups to close out the fantasy season, first against the Oakland Raiders in Week 15 then the Atlanta Falcons in Week 16. Both teams are giving up top-13 fantasy numbers to the WR position, and Oakland checks in at 26th in pass defense DVOA.
