The Los Angeles Rams (9-4) head into a mouth-watering matchup against the winless New York Jets (0-13) in Week 15. Los Angeles is a 17.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, which indicates how many believe this game will go.
If you need help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for the Week 15 Jets-Ram showdown.
Jamison Crowder Fantasy
Start Jamison Crowder, WR, New York Jets: To be fully honest, this game looks like it's going to be a bloodbath. It's hard to see Jets quarterback Sam Darnold having much success against the Rams' defense, but there's hope that Crowder can at least see enough targets to be fantasy relevant. He's averaging 7.6 targets per game, and although his Week 14 was forgettable, he managed to turn 7 targets into 5 receptions for 47 yards and 2 TDs in Week 13. The Jets will trail early and probably by a lot, putting them in obvious passing situations, which makes Crowder a worthy option again, especially in PPR leagues.
Rams D/ST Fantasy
Start Rams D/ST: Los Angeles' defense is going to make Darnold's day a nightmare. Darnold has 5 turnovers in the past three games, making him a ripe target for Aaron Donald and the pass rush. The Jets' QB has also taken at least 3 sacks in each of his last three games. The Rams' D/ST, meanwhile, comes into the game with three straight double-digit fantasy outings, and they're poised to have a monster day against the lowly Jets.
Ty Johnson Fantasy
Sit All New York Jets Running Backs: The Jets' running back corps is a mess, and you don't want to touch any of them this week. Frank Gore, Ty Johnson and Josh Adams split 22 carries between them in Week 14, and none of them totaled more than 27 yards. Facing the third-best defense against the run this season (only 94.2 yards per game) with no clear No. 1, it's bound to be a disaster. Don't go near any of the Jets' RBs going forward until they decided on a lead back.
Darell Henderson Fantasy
Sit Darrell Henderson Jr., RB, Los Angeles Rams: While Darrell Henderson leads the team in rushing attempts (125) and yards (564), it appears he's been replaced as the Rams' feature back. Cam Akers has seen a whopping 20-plus carries in Los Angeles' last two games, while Henderson has only rushed 5 total times over those same two contests. With Henderson's role declining and the Rams facing a Jets D that is surprisingly allowing the 12th-fewest rushing yards per game (112.8), avoid Henderson at all costs.
