If you're looking to make some late-week changes to your fantasy baseball roster, there's still plenty of impact talent available on the waiver wire that can give your team the potential production its needs to finish Week 14 with an advantage in the wins column.

With that in mind, here are five fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups that could be make a difference for the remainder of Week 14.

1. Amed Rosario, SS, New York Mets

Amed Rosario has been one of the few bright spots for the New York Mets during the team's recent struggles. Specifically, the 23-year-old shortstop has been excellent at the plate recently, batting .318 with a homer and eight runs scored in his last 44 at-bats. Rosario is available in 59 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues and could serve as a nice source of steals and runs from the middle infield, if that's what your team needs.

2. Maikel Franco, 3B, Philadelphia Phillies

Maikel Franco has had an up-and-down season for the Phillies in 2019, but he's been coming on pretty strong of late. The 26-year-old infielder has been in excellent over the past two weeks, batting .333 with three homers, eight RBI and .971 OPS over his last 39 at-bats. Franco is available in 82 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues and could be an underrated pickup for anyone in need of a hot bat at third base or corner infield.

3. Alex Verdugo, OF, Los Angeles Dodgers

Alex Verdugo has been fantastic for the Los Angeles Dodgers this year, but he's really been at the top of his game over the past two weeks. The rookie outfielder is absolutely mashing at the plate right now, batting .315 with four homers, seven RBI and 10 runs scored across his last 54 at-bats. Verdugo is available in 54 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues, but has seen his ownership spike by seven percent in the past day. Any fantasy owners in need of a quick fix in the outfield would be smart to grab Verdugo before another savvy owner picks him up.

4. Andrew Cashner, SP, Baltimore Orioles

Andrew Cashner had a rough start to the 2019 season, but the veteran righty has definitely found his groove over the past month or so. The 32-year-old righty has been dominant since the beginning of June, sporting a 2-1 record with a 1.44 ERA and 0.80 WHIP over his last four starts (25 innings pitched). He could be the waiver wire's best-kept secret at this point as Cashner remains available in 87 percent of Yahoo Fantasy Baseball leagues. He has a Saturday start against the Toronto Blue Jays making the right-hander a great streaming option for the weekend.

5. Julio Urias, SP/RP, Los Angeles Dodgers

The Dodgers are absolutely loaded with pitching talent, but Julio Urias has arguably been their best reliever since the start of June. The 22-year-old southpaw has been unhittable over the past month, with a 0.00 ERA and a 0.71 WHIP to go along with 15 strikeouts in 17 innings pitched. While there likely won't be any save opportunities for Urias, he has enough value in ERA, WHIP and Ks to be worth a roster spot, especially in leagues with a holds category.
