The Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars will meet in Week 12 in what is a pivotal game for the Browns' playoff chances and the Jaguars' hopes of landing Trevor Lawrence. Cleveland is a 6.5-point road favorite in this one, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 12 Browns-Jaguars showdown.

Nick Chubb & Kareem Hunt Fantasy

Start Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, RB, Cleveland Browns: Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are the best one-two punch in the NFL. And they're different-enough players to thrive even while both are playing at 100%. Chubb has played two games since getting healthy, turning 19.5 carries into 120.0 rushing yards per game in that time. He's a no-doubt RB1 against a Jaguars' defense that surrenders top-six fantasy production to opposing RBs. Hunt, meanwhile, has averaged 18.5 opportunities per game since Chubb has been back, turning that into 76.5 yards from scrimmage per contest. That's more than enough volume to make him an RB2 against this Jacksonville defense.

DJ Chark Fantasy

Start DJ Chark, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars: With Mike Glennon starting in place of Jake Luton, and the concerning injury reports around DJ Chark, fantasy managers may be understandably hesitant to use the Jaguars' WR. But assuming that ribs injury doesn't keep him on the shelf, Chark should be in line for a nice outing here. Cleveland's defense is extremely banged up, playing without stars like Myles Garrett and top cornerback Denzel Ward. With all of the other injuries the Browns have suffered in the secondary, there just aren't many players capable of covering someone as talented as Chark. Seeing 9.2 targets per game over his last five, Chark should get plenty of chances to take advantage of a shorthanded Browns' secondary.

Baker Mayfield Fantasy

Sit Baker Mayfield, QB, Cleveland Browns: Baker Mayfield just isn't a fantasy football option right now. That's by design. Kevin Stefanski has made a concerted effort to keep this ball on the ground, limiting Mayfield to 26.5 pass attempts per game. That ranks No. 36 among all qualified passers – one spot ahead of Brian Hoyer (24.0) and one behind Joe Flacco (26.8). Even in a plus matchup against the Jaguars' pass defense, Mayfield just isn't seeing enough volume to make him worth a start.

Mike Glennon Fantasy

Sit Any Jacksonville Jaguars' Pass-Catcher Besides DJ Chark: As mentioned above, Mike Glennon is drawing the start here. That's not good news for the Jaguars' pass-catchers. For his career, Glennon averages 6.2 adjusted yards per attempt (AY/A), which would rank No. 29 in the NFL behind Flacco this season. He also averaged just 208.3 passing yards per outing the last time we saw him work as a starter, which came in a four-game stretch in 2017. Glennon is not good enough to make the likes of Keelan Cole and Laviska Shenault worth a start. He's not bad enough to justify benching James Robinson, though, so use the running back as you normally would.
