The Dallas Cowboys will aim to get back in the win column when they host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cowboys slated as 9-point home favorites in a game that could get out of hand by the fourth quarter.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 10 showdown.

Matt Ryan Fantasy

Start Matt Ryan, QB, Atlanta Falcons: Quarterback Matt Ryan put together his best fantasy performance of the season in Week 9 throwing for 343 yards and 2 touchdowns (0 turnovers). He has a great opportunity to ball out once again going up against a Cowboys' defense that has struggled against experienced signal-callers. In fact, Dallas is allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing QBs this season. This game has shootout written all over it given it features the highest total over/under on the schedule this week set at 55 points. That bodes well for Ryan and makes him a viable QB1 on Sunday.

Ezekiel Elliott Fantasy

Start Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas Cowboys: It wasn't Ezekiel Elliott's fault that he saw a lesser workload last week because Dallas was stuck playing from behind from the get-go. This is a player that has proven he can be a workhorse back and has a shot to run wild in Week 10. The Falcons have posted Football Outsiders' sixth-worst rush defense DVOA rating and are allowing the ninth-most rushing yards per game in the NFL (123.1). Overall, Atlanta is giving up the sixth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing ball-carriers. Look for Elliott to take advantage.

Mike Davis Fantasy

Sit Mike Davis, RB, Atlanta Falcons: It's all gone downhill for veteran running back Mike Davis over the last few weeks as he continues to lose snaps to starter Cordarrelle Patterson. The seventh-year pro has seen just 22 carries across his last three games and turned them into 67 rushing yards. More importantly, Davis has racked up just 2 red zone touches since Week 5. His upside is limited due to his lack of goal-line carries and this is not the most favorable matchup, either. Dallas is allowing the 11th-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs, which includes only 4 rushing touchdowns. Davis is merely a depth player to keep stashed on the bench for now.

Michael Gallup Fantasy

Sit Michael Gallup, WR, Dallas Cowboys: All signs point to wide receiver Michael Gallup making his return to the field on Sunday for the first time since suffering a calf injury back in Week 1. However, fantasy managers need to keep in mind that Gallup is still the WR3 in this Dallas offense. Quarterback Dak Prescott has shown a tendency to rely on veteran Amari Cooper for deep plays and second-year pro CeeDee Lamb in crucial third-down spots. That doesn't leave a lot of room for Gallup to immediately produce. Simply put, it's best to take a wait-and-see approach in this situation.
