Madison Bumgarner has built a reputation as one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball, and for good reason. From 2013-16, he put together four straight seasons with a sub-3.00 ERA, and he's had a sub-3.40 ERA in nine of his 10 years as a starter.

But Bumgarner is also a pretty dangerous hitter – especially for a pitcher. Across 11 years in the majors, Bumgarner has hit 19 home runs, but few of them were more impactful than this bomb from 2014.

With his San Francisco Giants trailing, 3-2, in the bottom of the fourth, Bumgarner changed the game with one swing of the bat. He flat-out crushes a grand slam into left field, giving his team a 6-3 lead. Bumgarner had already knocked in a run with a sac fly, meaning he knocked in five of the Giants six runs on the day.

San Francisco would go on to win this one, 6-5.

Bumgarner signed a deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks this offseason, and is now set to play his first season outside of SF. Giants fans will likely never forget just how special of an all-around talent Bumgarner was during his prime.
