This offseason has brought major changes to the Green Bay Packers, with the biggest coming under center. Fourth-year quarterback Jordan Love is now preparing to take over from Aaron Rodgers following the latter's expected trade to the New York Jets, beginning a new era in Green Bay.

It's safe to say Love wants to start his tenure as QB1 off on the right foot. He was captured arriving bright and early for the beginning of the Packers' voluntary offseason workout program on Monday.

This is exactly what fans want to see from the incoming starter. There's no better way for him to set the tone and show he's serious about taking over as a leader in the locker room than making sure he's in the building right away to begin preparation for the 2023 campaign.

Monday is just the beginning of the team's offseason program. Love and other players attending will be able to work on their strength and conditioning as well as participate in off-the-field meetings. After two weeks, the next wave will add walkthrough drills to the menu, though no contact is allowed yet.

This time will be extremely valuable to the young signal-caller as he gets ready for his first season of being a full-time starter. The chemistry he'll build now could end up paying huge dividends for Green Bay during the 2023 campaign.
