VIDEO: Cleveland Browns' DE Myles Garrett Shows Off Insane Workout Technique With 50-Pound Dumbbells
By Max Staley

Cleveland Browns' DE Myles Garrett's athleticism is far from a well-kept secret, but the former No. 1 overall pick's latest display of freakish ability has taken this to a new level.
If you're an NFL fan, the following video will likely be a fun watch, and you'll probably come away even further impressed with Garrett. But if you're a quarterback in the NFC North, this is the stuff of nightmares.

Garrett completed a standard box jump (impressive in its own right) while carrying two 50-pound dumbbells.
I'm going to be honest. If I was carrying two 50-pound dumbbells, I don't think I'd be able to get off the ground, let alone complete a full box jump. In fact, if I tried this, I'd be more likely to end up in a box (casket) than on top of one.
We've now seen Garrett and Odell Beckham Jr. put on a show in warmups or practice. All that's left is for well-known freak athlete Ben Roethlisberger to drop a highlight tape from one of his workouts.
