Super Bowl 56 is right around the corner, pitting the Cincinnati Bengals against the Los Angeles Rams. While there are several intriguing matchups are heading into the game, a lot of fans are looking forward to the showdown between Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey.

Chase's teammate and fellow wideout Tyler Boyd has since weighed in on the Chase-Ramsey matchup, saying that the Bengals aren't afraid of the three-time All-Pro cornerback.

Boyd gave Ramsey a lot of props, saying that his versatility makes him someone "that can play it all." Despite that, the Cincinnati wideout says that it's the Rams that have to plan for the Bengals and not vice versa. In other words, Joe Burrow won't shy away from targeting Chase even though Ramsey will likely cover him.

"We don't care what's going to happen, how you are going to play us. We're going to continue to play our game. We're not going to not throw (Chase) the ball because Ramsey is on him."

If the Bengals want to win Super Bowl 56, it only makes sense for them to continue targeting Chase. The 21-year-old caught 81 passes in the regular season for 1,455 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns. He's since set the record for most receiving yards by a rookie in the playoffs with 279.

Meanwhile, Ramsey enjoyed another successful regular season, holding opposing quarterbacks to a 59.2% completion rating and a 71.1 passer rating, along with 77 total tackles, 16 passes defended and four interceptions. He's continued that success into the playoffs, tallying nine tackles and a trio of defended passes in three games.

Nevertheless, Chase and Ramsey are both among the best in the NFL at what they do. Only time will tell which man will win their head-to-head battle at Super Bowl 56, which goes down on Sunday, Feb. 13 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.
