The Miami Dolphins have taken an apparent nosedive after a successful 2020 campaign. Miami just suffered a 45-17 shellacking by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which has prompted major concerns about the team after falling to 1-4.
One notable person has spoken out and claimed head coach Brian Flores has lost the locker room: Tua Tagovailoa's trainer.
PER4ORM is the gym that Tagovailoa (as well as Will Fuller) trains at, and it's clear whoever runs the account has strong opinions on the Dolphins' locker room.
They then expounded on their feelings in a since-deleted tweet that said Flores is "hard to even talk to."
It's hard not to jump to any conclusions from these tweets, but it's notable that possible insight into how Flores operates was deleted, perhaps in an attempt to avoid revealing too much.
Tagovailoa could return from his rib injury in Week 6, yet it seems there's potentially much deeper problems with the team that are holding them back. And the QB won't be able to fix a defense that's currently giving up the third-most yards and points per game.
Miami has some serious issues to address if they're to turn their season around. Otherwise, big changes could be on the horizon.
