Tua Tagovailoa has a unique way of making the game look easy. Between his lightning quick release and pinpoint accuracy, Tua looks more like a 10-year veteran than a rookie.

Apparently, the Alabama standout agrees. Check out this hilarious quote he gave to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio about adjusting to life in the NFL.

I expected it to be a lot harder... Not that it’s not hard.

Tua Tagovailoa

That's exactly what Miami Dolphins fans want to hear from their new franchise quarterback. And through three NFL starts, it's hard to argue with his point.

Things have been pretty easy for Tua. Miami's defense and special teams units have scored 3 touchdowns in his three starts. Brian Flores' defense has also been winning the battle against some of the NFL's most explosive offenses, like the Los Angeles Rams, Chargers and Arizona Cardinals.

Tua is 3-0 in those three starts, racking up 510 passing yards with 5 touchdowns to no interceptions with a passer rating of 104.9. His 8.1 adjusted yards per attempt (AY/A) would have him tied for the ninth-best mark in the NFL alongside the likes of Drew Brees had he played enough to qualify for the leaderboard.

Things will get tougher for Tua at some point – this is the NFL after all. But right now, life is good for the rookie quarterback.
