The Seattle Seahawks' backfield remains a mess for fantasy football purposes. Both Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde have been ruled out once again in Week 10, leaving an underwhelming committee of Travis Homer and DeeJay Dallas leading the stable.

It's bad news for the Seahawks in real life, but it does boost Homer and Dallas' fantasy outlook for this week's matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.

With both Carson and Hyde out (and Homer back to full health) in Week 9, we got a glimpse into how the usage may play out this week.

Homer (6 rushes, 3 targets) and Dallas (7 rushes, 2 targets) saw an equal number of opportunities. Homer had a clear edge in snaps, however, playing 31 (48 percent of the team's total) to Dallas' 20 (31 percent).

An even split in such a pass-heavy offense is pretty hard to get excited about, however. That's especially true against a Rams defense that has held opposing running backs to the NFL's ninth-fewest fantasy points per game in 2020.
