It's getting harder and harder to find high-upside tight ends to pick up off the waiver wire as the NFL season rolls on. Many of the rising stars at the position are beginning to graduate from being borderline plays to clear-cut starters.

Nevertheless, there are still a few names out there worth keeping an eye on. Here are the top-three streaming tight ends, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target in Week 10.

3. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers (41% Rostered)

This will likely be the last time rookie Pat Freiermuth is eligible for this list given how popular of a waiver wire add he has become. The former Penn State standout kept his hot streak going in Week 9 by hauling in 5 of his 6 targets for 43 yards and 2 touchdowns. Freiermuth has become quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's go-to target down near the end zone. In fact, he is tied for the most red zone looks amongst Pittsburgh receivers this season (7). Freiermuth now gets to face a Detroit Lions' defense that has posted the fourth-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL. Look for the 23-year-old to have another big game.

2. Tyler Conklin, Minnesota Vikings (37% Rostered)

Another frequent flyer on this list is Minnesota starter Tyler Conklin. The fourth-year pro has come out of nowhere to become a legitimate streaming option in fantasy football. Over the last three weeks, Conklin has racked up 173 yards on 13 receptions (19 targets) despite playing in a run-heavy Vikings' offense. He draws a great matchup in Week 10 going up against a Los Angeles Chargers team that is giving up the seventh-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season. Conklin's upside is limited by his lack of touchdown scoring, but the volume of work he sees on a weekly basis makes him a borderline TE1 across all formats.

1. Dan Arnold, Jacksonville Jaguars (27% Rostered)

The Jaguars made an effort to upgrade the offense by trading for veteran tight end Dan Arnold and it has certainly worked out so far. The 26-year-old has posted back-to-back games with at least 60 receiving yards. More importantly, Arnold leads the team with 17 targets over that span. He has a perfect opportunity to keep it going against an Indianapolis defense that has struggled to cover opposing TEs. The Colts are allowing the fifth-most PPR fantasy points to the position, which includes 6 touchdowns. Arnold is starting to carve out a true role on this offense and his chemistry with quarterback Trevor Lawrence makes him a viable streaming option in Week 10.
