The tight end position is a pretty tricky one. Outside of a few elite producers at the top of the position, there just aren't that many reliable assets. That has proven more true than ever this season.

With the position producing so little, fantasy managers have been forced to win on the margins, which is why streaming the position (picking up a new TE each week based on matchups) can be so crucial.

Coming off a week where two of our top three picks returned top-12 PPR value, here are our top tight end streaming picks, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target in Week 14.

3. Cole Kmet, Chicago Bears (1% Rostered)

Cole Kmet seems to have passed Jimmy Graham as the Chicago Bears' top pass-catching tight end. The 2020 second-round pick has now run 33 routes in back-to-back weeks after failing to top more than 15 in any other game this season. He turned that newfound opportunity into 7 targets for 5 catches and 37 receiving yards, scoring a TD as well. Graham, meanwhile, hasn't run even 20 routes since Week 9. Kmet has a scary-low floor, but the new role makes him a compelling streaming option against a Houston Texans' defense that ranks bottom 10 against the pass by Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics.

2. Jordan Reed, San Francisco 49ers (26% Rostered)

Jordan Reed has now reached double-digit PPR points in two of his last three outings. That makes him a legitimately solid streaming option, especially given how little the position has produced this season. He also draws a revenge game against his the organization that drafted him in Week 14. The Washington Football Team surrenders above-average PPR production to the position, so this looks like a decent spot for Reed.

1. Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys (21% Rostered)

Dalton Schultz should benefit from a matchup with one of the worst defenses in the league. The Cincinnati Bengals are a bottom-five pass defense by Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics. They're also particularly vulnerable against tight ends, surrendering top-three PPR production to the position. Schultz has recorded at least 11.0 PPR points in two of his last four outings, and he could be in for another nice outing here.
