Only two of the top five kickers in fantasy points per game this season are rostered in even 50% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues. And only one of the five is rostered in more than 65% of leagues.

Kicker is one of the most high-variance positions in fantasy football, and their production tends to be more about the offense they're tied to and their weekly matchup than any sort of individual skill. That makes it the perfect position to stream in fantasy football.

With that in mind, here are our top fantasy football streaming kickers for Week 9.

Streaming Kickers Fantasy Football Week 9

3. Jason Sanders, Miami Dolphins (vs HOU)

It's hard to get too excited about the Miami Dolphins' offense, but it is easy to get excited about a team going up against the Houston Texans. Kickers against Houston have averaged 9.1 fantasy points per game on the season, which is made possible by a defense that ranks No. 31 in Pro Football Focus' grades. This play has way more to do with matchup than with anything that Jason Sanders or the Dolphins bring to the table.

2. Dustin Hopkins, Los Angeles Chargers (vs NE)

Kicker turnover in the NFL has created some really easy streaming spots in fantasy football. Dustin Hopkins is on the waiver wire in most leagues after being cut by the Washington Football Team. He debuted as the Los Angeles Chargers' starter in Week 8, however, notching 6 fantasy points. The L.A. offense generates plenty of scoring chances. Their aggressive fourth-down play-calling hurts the number of field goal attempts available somewhat, but having a kicker attached to an offense regularly getting in scoring position still brings plenty of fantasy value.

1. Michael Badgley, Indianapolis Colts (vs NYJ)

The Indianapolis Colts have scored on 41.9% of their offensive drives this season, which ranks No. 12 in the NFL. This is another spot where kicker turnover leaves a valuable option on the waiver wire, as Michael Badgley has only spent three weeks on the team so far after taking over for the injured Rodrigo Blankenship. The Money Badger has been a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals and 11-of-11 on extra points. Playing the lowly Jets, he should have no shortage of opportunities to continue his streak of solid fantasy outings.
