Top Fantasy Football Streaming Kickers for Week 5

The kicker position is rarely more than an afterthought in fantasy football. Usually dismissed as an unfortunate necessity, many players simply draft their kicker and leave them plugged in as their starter until a bye week ultimately changes things.

That can leave a big edge for savvy fantasy owners though. The position tends to be inconsistent, and last week's top streamer Jason Myers finished as a top-12 kicker with nine fantasy points.

Here are the three top fantasy football kicker streaming options, owned in less than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, for Week 5.

3. Randy Bullock, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Arizona Cardinals (1% Owned)

Randy Bullock is by far the most likely one in the group to be available in your league, as he's owned in only 1 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues. The Cincinnati Bengals looked awful on Monday night, but in Week 5 they get a matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, which has proven to be incredibly valuable for fantasy kickers. Kickers against Arizona have finished inside the top 12 in fantasy scoring in each of the first four weeks of the season, cracking the top-eight three times. The Cards' combination of poor defense and high-paced offense leaves opponents getting a ton of scoring opportunities, and even the Bengals should be able to get Bullock a solid fantasy score here.

2. Robbie Gould, San Francisco 49ers vs. Cleveland Browns (33% Owned)

With his bye week out of the way, Robbie Gould ranks sixth at the position with 9.3 fantasy points per game in 2019. He's posted double-digit fantasy scores twice in three games, and he's in another good spot in Week 5 with the San Francisco 49ers sitting as 3.5-point home favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook against the Cleveland Browns on "Monday Night Football."

1. Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York Jets (48% Owned)

The Eagles are Week 5's second-heaviest favorites as they host the New York Jets, and that means we can expect Philadelphia to do plenty of scoring. Jake Elliott has had an underwhelming start to 2019, in part because he's only attempted four field goals and 10 extra points. He's been perfect on those kicks though, and it looks to simply be opportunity holding him back — something he should get plenty of against the Jets. Elliott is the only kicker in the top five of our Week 5 fantasy football rankings that is also available in more than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues.
