The first action of Week 4 will bring us a matchup between two teams off to rocky starts in 2020 as the Denver Broncos travel to take on the New York Jets.

If you're looking for some fantasy help in this matchup, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 Thursday Night Football clash.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football

Start Melvin Gordon, RB, Denver Broncos: Maybe the only Denver Bronco player worth starting while Brett Rypien starts at QB, Melvin Gordon should be heavily involved regardless of how this game plays out. He saw 6 targets while the Broncos tried to play catch-up in Week 3, and before that he had at least 15 carries and 3 targets in each of his first two games. Look for Gordon to handle another heavy workload on Thursday, especially while Phillip Lindsay (toe) is unlikely to return on the short week.

Start Jamison Crowder, WR, New York Jets: Efficiency is always going to be hard to come by in the New York Jets offense, but volume can trump that. Jamison Crowder saw a huge 13 targets in his only game of the season so far, and that comes on the heels of a 2019 season in which he saw at least 8 targets in eight of his 16 games. Double-digit targets put even the least efficient wide receivers in play for fantasy, especially in PPR leagues.

Sit Jerry Jeudy, WR, Denver Broncos: After going undrafted in 2019, Brett Rypien will be making his first NFL start on Thursday. That's not a good sign for the Broncos' passing game. Jerry Jeudy has already underwhelmed with weak QB play this season, not posting more than 10.5 fantasy points in any game. Even an easy matchup against the Jets isn't enough to make him an exciting play with Rypien at the helm.

Sit Frank Gore, RB, New York Jets: Even as the Jets' RB1 with Le'Veon Bell on the shelf, Frank Gore isn't offering much fantasy football value. He's tallied a combined 31 carries in the last two games, but he has only turned that workload into a combined 13.5 PPR fantasy points. The Broncos defense isn't a pushover, and Gore isn't likely to see any sort of spike in efficiency here.
