The Jacksonville Jaguars' offseason has be one highlighted by change. There was some front office adjustments, they traded away quarterback Nick Foles and some of the defensive playmakers also exited Jacksonville one way or another.

While there has been a lot of change, this does not need to be taken in a negative sense, like many are doing. For example, FanDuel Sportsbook currently has the Jaguars' win total set at 5.0, which downright disrespectful.

The books have the Jaguars projected for five wins, with the over having -125 odds and the under at +105. While we have seen some big names exit the team this offseason, they still have the assets in place to win football games.

At quarterback, Gardner Minshew will be back, with a full offseason of preparation under his belt. He should be ready and more prepared this season, compared to last season, when he was thrust into action immediately due to Foles' injury. Even when put in that tough spot, Minshew led the Jaguars to a 6-6 record as the starter.

The Jaguars have also made moves to allow them to compete this season, including the signings of talented linebacker Joe Schobert, defensive end Rodney Gunter and cornerback Darqueze Dennard to their defense. Jacksonville also has three picks in the top 45 and seven in the top 150. In what is expected to be a deep draft, the Jaguars should be able to find enough talent to fill obvious holes and get them to win over five games.
