T.Y. Hilton leads the Indianapolis Colts in both targets (25) and receptions (20) this season, despite the fact that he was sidelined with a quad injury in Week 4. The Colts dropped that game to the Oakland Raiders, so it's a positive for the team as well as Hilton's fantasy owners that he's expected to suit up against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.
Will T.Y. Hilton Play This Sunday
There was cause for concern about how Hilton would produce with Jacoby Brissett under center this season, but 25 targets in his first three games went a long way to erasing those concerns. T.Y. has averaged 21.2 PPR points per game during that stretch.
The Colts have a tough Week 5 matchup against KC, and FanDuel Sportsbook has them as 10.5-point underdogs at Arrowhead. This game has a hefty 55.5-point over/under though, meaning the Colts should still be expected to have some sort of offensive success. The Chiefs have also allowed the fourth-most PPR points per game to opposing wideouts in 2019.
Fantasy football owners still need to make sure that Hilton is officially announced as active prior to Sunday night's kickoff, but assuming he is, the Colts' top wideout is all but a must start. We have him at WR5 in our Week 5 fantasy football PPR rankings.
