Bye weeks are officially a thing of the past, but that doesn't mean fantasy owners will stop tinkering with their lineups. These start 'em, sit 'em questions are now more important than ever, with the fantasy football playoffs starting in many leagues this week.

With topflight passers like Drew Brees and Dak Prescott facing brutal matchups, here are three quarterbacks you might want to consider starting in Week 14.

1. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (32% Owned)

Ryan Tannehill has no business being available in 68 percent of leagues. Since taking over as the starter in Week 7, Tannehill has been fantasy's QB6 – ahead of names like Kirk Cousins, Deshaun Watson and Jameis Winston. With a matchup against the Oakland Raiders, who rank No. 31 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metrics, Tannehill could be a great start this week and checks in at QB9 in our Week 14 fantasy football rankings.

2. Kyle Allen, Carolina Panthers (19% Owned)

Kyle Allen's recent play hasn't inspired much confidence, but he draws a great matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Atlanta is the sixth-worst pass defense in the league, per Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics, and the Falcons have allowed the second-most points to opposing quarterbacks this season. There's no telling what the offense will look like with Ron Rivera officially out in Carolina, but this is a soft matchup that could yield big returns for Allen.

3. Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals (8% Owned)

As tempting as it is to put Gardner Minshew II in the final spot, Andy Dalton gets the nod here. Dalton was terrific in his return to the starting role, tossing one touchdown and throwing for 243 yards while leading the Cincinnati Bengals to their first win of the season. Prior to his benching, Dalton was a pretty effective fantasy QB, averaging 281.5 yards on 42.3 attempts per game. It's hard to find that type of volume on the waiver wire, and Dalton could post an effective, if inefficient, game in Week 14.
