The Pittsburgh Steelers' momentum took a halt after Week 10's tie to the winless Detroit Lions. As Pittsburgh prepares to get back on track with a tough AFC matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, the team received some awful updates on Friday's injury report.

Pittsburgh will be without three starting members of the defensive front in Week 11's Sunday Night Football clash: T.J. Watt, Joe Haden and Minkah Fitzpatrick.

T.J. Watt Injury Update

Watt, the team's best defender, will miss his second game of the season in Week 11. The two-time All-Pro pass rusher has been ruled out as he's dealing with hip and knee ailments.

The fifth-year veteran has been on another tear this season, racking up a team-leading 13 tackles for loss along with 12.5 sacks in just eight games.

Minkah Fitzpatrick Injury Update

Two-time All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick was also ruled out for Sunday's contest as he remains sidelined on the COVID-19 reserve list. Fitzpatrick leads the defense with 64 combined tackles while picking up 1 forced fumble.

Joe Haden Injury Update

Veteran Pro Bowl cornerback Joe Haden is the third member of Pittsburgh's defensive unit to be ruled out for Week 11. Haden has missed just one game this season, although his foot injury held him to just 13% of the snaps in Week 10.

Pittsburgh's defensive unit has been the most successful group on this roster, ranking eighth in the NFL with just 20.6 points allowed per game.

The Steelers head into Week 11 with a big question mark around Ben Roethlisberger's availability and are listed as 5.5-point underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook.
