The name Scott Norwood may not initially be the most notable name in NFL history, but his game-worn jersey from Super Bowl XXV is currently going for the insane price of $25,000 in an auction. So, what's the story here?

Norwood was a kicker for the Buffalo Bills. At this point, you may now realize who he is. Norwood was the Bills' kicker in the infamous Super Bowl XXV matchup against the New York Giants. This game was also the fifth-largest comeback in Super Bowl history. Of course, the Bills came out on the wrong side of that.

The Bills had an early 12-3 lead, which was trimmed to just two points by halftime. The Giants took a 20-19 lead late in the game, but quarterback Jim Kelly put together a terrific drive at the end of the game, setting up Norwood for the 47-yard field goal.

"Wide right" is still something ingrained in the minds of Bills Mafia. The infamous missed kick lives on in the memory of football fans forever, and that is why we see Norwood jersey going for such a crazy price, currently.
