At long last, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson will return to the football field after dealing with a "mallet finger" injury that saw him miss three weeks of action.

Seattle has yet to release official word on Wilson's return, but the quarterback posted a message on Twitter that he clearly expects to return to action in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers.

Russell Wilson Fantasy Outlook
Wilson was off to a slow start, at least by his standards. The seven-time Pro Bowl QB ranked as QB10 through the first four weeks of the season prior to his finger injury.
He automatically returns as a surefire QB1 for fantasy managers and consistently ranks as a top-10 fantasy quarterback throughout his career. Wilson burst onto the NFL scene as QB7 during his rookie campaign in 2012. He's posted seven seasons finishing as a top-10 QB, four seasons in the top 5 and one year as the NFL's leading fantasy quarterback.
Wilson heads into Week 10 with an interesting matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay allows the 10th-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks but also rates just 18th in Football Outsiders' pass-defense DVOA metric.
Regardless, Wilson steps in immediately to your starting lineup and has the potential to post QB1 numbers each and every week. Seattle has also been rumored as one of the favorites to land superstar wideout Odell Beckham Jr., which would only further add to Wilson's fantasy prowess.
