Reds Already Jump Cardinals into Top 10 World Series Contenders by the Odds

The 2020 MLB season is only a few days old, but it's already bringing plenty of excitement and intrigue.
This is especially true in the NL Central. Before the season, FanDuel Sportsbook gave the St. Louis Cardinals the best odds to win the World Series of any team in the division. That has already changed though, and the Cincinnati Reds now hold that honor.

Before the season got underway, the Cardinals were in a three-way tie for ninth in the MLB with +2500 odds to win the World Series. The Reds were a few spots back, tied for 13th (with the Chicago Cubs) at +2800.
Now, despite starting 1-1 while the Cards are 0-2, the Reds are the ones in ninth place, at +2300. The Cardinals have fallen to a tie for 13th (+3000), while the Cubs sit in 12th, still at +2800.
Will the Reds win over or under 31.5 games this season? https://t.co/BYk8rGXSZN

We can obviously expect plenty more twists and turns in the odds as the shortened 2020 MLB season rolls on, but Reds fans have to be feeling pretty good about this early development.
In addition to ranking top-10 in World Series odds, Cincinnati ranks fourth in odds to win the National League, at +1000.
