Raiders Get Concerning News with Latest Johnathan Abram Injury Update

While the Las Vegas Raiders managed to squeak out a victory against the Cleveland Browns on Monday, the Silver and Black lost a key defensive player in the process.
Safety Johnathan Abram exited the game during the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury and did not return. NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported that the 25-year-old is now dealing with a dislocated shoulder.
#Raiders safety Johnathan Abram suffered a dislocated shoulder in Monday night’s win over the #Browns, per source. It has happened before, but Abram hadn't missed a snap all season. He’ll undergo an MRI.

Johnathan Abram Injury Update
Pelissero added that this isn't the first time that Abram has suffered a dislocation. He was dealing with a shoulder injury back in Week 6, but he didn't miss any time. Until the MRI results are back, the Raiders hope that will be the case once again.
Abram has been an ironman for the Raiders this season. Up until his injury, the former Mississippi State Bulldog had played 100% of defensive snaps in 2021.
Abram currently has 116 total tackles, four passes defended and an interception on the season. With Las Vegas only giving up an average of 191.0 passing yards over its last three games (10th in the league), it isn't difficult to see how Abram will be missed if he's forced to miss time.
Only time will tell if Abram will suit up for the Raiders in a Week 16 divisional battle against the Denver Broncos. Las Vegas is currently the slight 1.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
