It may be overshadowed by Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill and Teddy Bridgewater's injuries, but the Miami Dolphins entered Week 6 with injury concerns at running back too.
Raheem Mostert missed Wednesday's practice with a knee injury, but he put fans' concerns to rest on Thursday.
Mostert was a full participant in Thursday's practice and has said that he's fine, so whatever was bugging him on Wednesday seems to have been minor — or even just an excuse for a rest day after handling a season-high 19 touches in Week 5.
Mostert was the focal point of the offense with Skylar Thompson under center, turning 18 carries into 113 yards and 1 touchdown. He's seen 15-plus carries in back-to-back games, and seems to have firmly established himself as the RB1 ahead of Chase Edmonds (6 carries over the last two games).
That expanded workload, combined with Thompson getting another start, mean a healthy Mostert should be in line for a big workload again this week. That gives him a solid fantasy football outlook against a Minnesota Vikings defense that has allowed the league's 10th-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs.
From a betting perspective, Mostert and the Dolphins are 3.5-point underdogs at home against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, according to NFL odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.
