Quenton Nelson Switches From Pancake Blocks to Actual Pancakes During Quarantine
Everyone's trying to find ways to stay sane and keep some semblance of normalcy in their lives with the sports world, and most of the world at large, put on hold for the time being.
The norm for Indianapolis Colts offensive lineman Quenton Nelson is pancakes, and plenty of them. Not able to rack up any pancakes on the field during quarantine, he's turned to pancakes in the kitchen.
Nelson quickly endeared himself to Colts fans by being a terrific presence both on and off the field.
Drafted sixth overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, Nelson has been named a first-team All-Pro in both of his NFL seasons, finishing with grades of 77.3 (2018) and 91.2 (2019) on Pro Football Focus, proving he's already one of the NFL's best interior linemen.
Off the field, Big Q's personality is as large as his 6-foot-5, 330-pound frame, and he showed that off in his pancake challenge video.
It's not often a lineman can emerge as one of the faces of a franchise, but Nelson is quickly doing just that in Indianapolis.
