In standard leagues that start just one quarterback, the position can often be an afterthought, as there isn't much variance within the Top-10 QBs. However, it seems that every season one or two quarterbacks sneak into the Top-10, like Patrick Mahomes, who was rarely ranked as a QB1 prior to last season.

With that in mind, here are three quarterbacks currently being ranked outside of the Top-15 in ESPN's latest rankings that could provide QB1 value next season.

3. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens – No. 17

Lamar Jackson flashed a ton of potential last season, but he struggled to produce consistently as a thrower. That being said, running quarterbacks are extremely valuable in fantasy, and Jackson might be the most accomplished runner since Cam Newton entered the league. After taking over in Week 10, Jackson rushed for 556 yards and added four TDs on the ground. If he progresses as a passer next season, Jackson could be a QB1 on your fantasy team.

2. Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals – No. 18

It's hard to call the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft a sleeper, but Kyler Murray has the opportunity and the raw ability to finish as a Top-10 QB next season. Murray might be just as athletic as Jackson, but he projects as a much more polished passer. The Arizona Cardinals completely overhauled their offense, bringing in Kliff Kingsbury at head coach, and drafting wide receivers Hakeen Butler and Andy Isabella. With Murray's ability, Kingsbury's "Air Raid" offense and the Cardinals' new weapons, the No. 1 overall pick could thrive next season.

1. Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers – No. 19

Jimmy Garoppolo looked good in his brief stint with the San Francisco 49ers in 2018, but he tore his ACL in Week 3 last season. Now that he looks healthy, Garoppolo should thrive in a Kyle Shanahan offense that features a ton of weapons. George Kittle has turned into a bonafide star, Dante Pettis looks promising, and Jerrick McKinnon should be fully recovered from his own ACL injury. Additionally, San Francisco added Tevin Coleman and Deebo Samuel, which could make this the most explosive 49ers' offense we've seen in quite some time. If Garoppolo can stay healthy, he could be in for a massive season.
