After the upset that shocked the NFL in Week 1, the Indianapolis Colts look to rebound at home against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2.
So far, the injury outlook isn't great for the Colts, however. Jack Doyle is out, and wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr., T.Y. Hilton and Zach Pascal all missed practices throughout the week. This is bad news for Indianapolis, but great news for Parris Campbell's fantasy football value.
Parris Campbell Fantasy Outlook
In the Week 1 loss in Jacksonville, Campbell was very involved in the new offense under quarterback Philip Rivers. Targeted nine times, the second-year pro caught six passes for a game-high 71 receiving yards. He also ran the ball once for nine yards.
Meanwhile, Minnesota's young secondary gave up 364 passing yards and four touchdowns to Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in Week 1. This is a great spot for Campbell.
The Colts took the redshirt approach with Campbell during his rookie season (for the most part), but he looks to be primed for a breakout sophomore campaign.
Although he looks a WR3 against the Vikings, Campbell could be a performer for you all year long.
