Green Bay Packers fans grew a bit concerned when the team's wide receivers did not show up for team OTAs a few weeks ago. However, they can breathe a sigh of relief as reports say everyone at the WR position will be showing up for mandatory minicamp when it kicks off on Tuesday.

Packers WRs Back in Attendance

This is great news as no one truly knew why the pass-catchers were absent to begin with. Assuming quarterback Aaron Rodgers does not attend minicamp, young signal-caller Jordan Love should now get a lot of snaps with all five of the veteran wide receivers on the team.

Green Bay put together a lethal passing attack last season and ended up averaging 2.9 passing touchdowns per game, which was the highest mark in the NFL. Star wideout Davante Adams led the way hauling in 115 of his 149 targets for 1,374 receiving yards and a league-high 18 touchdowns.

Plus, the Packers drafted Amari Rodgers in the third round (No. 85 overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft adding to their depth at the position. The former Clemson Tiger totaled 2,144 receiving yards on 181 receptions across four college seasons (52 games played). It's possible he takes on an immediate starting role in the slot with a strong showing in training camp.

With the WR problems seemingly fixed, all eyes return to the rumors surrounding Rodgers and his relationship with the team. Green Bay heads into the 2021 season with odds set at -125 to win the NFC North division and odds set at +1700 to win the Super Bowl, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
