The Cleveland Browns will face another early-season test in Week 6 as they take on the undefeated Arizona Cardinals. Cleveland will need every player to be at the top of their game if they're to avoid their second straight loss.

That makes it concerning for running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to both pop up on the mid-week injury report.

Browns News

Chubb is apparently nursing a calf ailment, while Hunt has a wrist/knee issue. Both players missed practice on Wednesday as they tend to their possible injuries.

These could simply be rest days, however. Cleveland's run-heavy offense demands a lot from its RBs, both of whom have helped carry this team to a 3-2 record and the most rushing yards per game (187.6) in the league.

Chubb has racked up 523 yards and 4 scores on the ground in five games, and Hunt has added 295 yards plus five scores of his own.

All eyes will be on the status of these backs heading into the weekend. Cleveland is a slim 3-point favorite over Arizona in Week 6, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
